CLAIM NOTIFICATION

I'm taking this prospect to write to you on the subject of my late client who was working as a contractor for Sol Verdes S.A. here in Spain. Unfortunately, on 17th of June 2002 at about 01:19, my client and his family were involved in a road accident along Ronda de Dalt in Barcelona, Spain. Sorrowfully, he and his family lost their lives. Since this period, we have tried to contact his relatives through his consulate but this has not been successful.
As his former accountant, I'm taking this last attempt to reach you and seek your consent to apply for claim as the next of kin since you both have the same last names. After approval, his balance with us can be paid to you either in cash or by direct bank wire transfer whichever is most favorably to you.
I urgently need your support in repatriating the assets and funds left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the share holders of this bank so they can share his funds as dividends amongst themselves.
My office has already issued a notice to provide the next of kin or have this account confiscated within the next 31 working days. As of the time of my client's demise, I was his cashier but have since been promoted to the position of accounting officer.
I have all necessary information to prepare the relevant documents that will be used to back up this claim under a legitimate ground without violating both local and international laws. What I require from your side is your honest co-operation to apply for claim as the next of kin and to see this transaction through and fair.
